Anderson Knight are recruiting a Reward Business Partner to join one of our priority clients based in Glasgow. As they continue to expand they are seeking an experienced individual to join as a Reward Business Partner and influence and shape the reward strategy. This client values flexible working and is open to considering flexible working arrangements such as condensed hours, 4 day working week etc.

The Reward Business Partner is a new role which will lead on developing and managing the implementation of Reward policies, procedures, and processes, which includes pay, reward, benefits, and performance. As a Reward Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the clients reward strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to translate business objectives into comprehensive reward programs that align with company's values and goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Lead the Development and implementation of effective reward frameworks, salary structures and reward strategy.

* Develop and manage reward projects including developing new policies and procedures

* Conduct regular market analysis and bench-marking to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits and producing regular reports and analysis as needed.

* Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to design and implement competitive compensation packages for new hires and existing employees and conduct annual pay reviews.

* Provide expert guidance and support to leadership on reward-related matters, including performance incentives, recognition programs, and employee benefits.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of reward processes and practices.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Relevant HR qualification (e.g., CIPD certification).

* Proven experience in reward management, including salary frameworks, job evaluation principles, compensation, and benefits.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.

* Proven ability working with HR Systems and Microsoft office packages including excel.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and objectives into practical reward solutions.

* Excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures

* Excellent organisational skills to ensure deadlines are achieved

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
