Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Lawyer specialising in landlord and tenant matters in Broxley. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours. The employer can offer mostly remote working, with 1 day per week working on-site.
The job:
Undertake a caseload of mainly landlord and tenant matters but with a wide variety of other commercial property and local government related property advice and transactions
To provide legal advice as appropriate to the Cabinet, Members, Committees
Supervise legal officers as agreed and directed by the Deputy Director
Meeting deadlines and managing client expectations
The candidate:
2-5 year PQE solicitor or equivalent CILEX/licensed conveyancer
Experience in a similar role dealing with tenant / landlord matters within the public sector
Must be UK qualified
