Are you an experienced Internal Communications Specialist looking for a fresh opportunity that you can hit the ground running with straight away? Are you based in or around Westminster?

We have an Internal Communications role available within DS Smith's Head Office. DS Smith is an international packaging company with a focus on the sustainability of their products. This role is ideal for someone who considers themselves to be personable, comes from a strong internal communications background and thinks outside of the box.

Role: Internal Communications Business Partner

Location: Hybrid working, office base: DS Smith, 1 Paddington Square, London W2 1DL

X3 days office based and X2 days remote working

Salary: (inside IR35) £70,000-£80,000 (dependent upon experience)

Contract length: 6 months initially with the view to offer permanent position

Shift Patterns: Mon-Fri, full time, standard office hours

Start: Immediately/ASAP

Responsibilities:

Working with senior leadership to deliver communications around purpose, values and narrative
Executing internal communications plan
Creating interesting content and developing communication materials across multiple channels
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Measuring the effectiveness of communication channels
Providing insights to improvement across the communication teams
Developing internal communication strategies for senior leadership
Support the delivery of regular communication moments
Providing a positive support function for the communication teams and senior stakeholders Essential requirements:

Degree level with subject equivalent to Marketing or Communications
Previous experience working with both wired and non-wired employee bases
History of working with c-suite stakeholders
Proven ability to create interesting content and complex information into digestible material
Experience and strong understanding of digital, print and broadcast communications
A proven track record of measuring and presenting results of interventions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
IT literacy especially with MS Office, Adobe in-Design, Adobe Premiere and Qualtrics
Approachable and culturally aware
Highly motivated and results driven Desirable requirements:

Driving licence and use of a car
Ability to speak multiple languages
