The Opportunity

Our Client is a business undergoing fundamental change through the exciting Reimagine strategy outlined in February 2021.
Set against a canvas of true sustainability, the Client will become a more agile creator of the world's most desirable luxury vehicles and services for the most discerning of clients.
A strategy that is designed to create a new benchmark in environmental, societal and community impact for a luxury business.
The New Business Models (NBM) organisation is at the heart of the Services the Client intends to deliver and this dynamic and growing team is building the capability to deliver the Vehicle Connected Services which play an integral part of the Clients' Reimagine strategy.
The role is an essential part of the NBM organisation and will provide the communication skills and knowledge to support the delivery of our transformation programmes.
The role will work closely with the leadership team to create content for our internal Client audience and their key external stakeholders - generating passion and buy-in for vehicle connected services.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Develop the NBM communications strategy
Manage critical stakeholders proactively, ensuring regular formal and informal communication and alignment is on track
Preparing reports and presentations with the leadership team on relevant topics that may be used at board meetings, internal and external events and conferences
Develop and maintain New Business Models communications plans
Coordinate and ensure attendance at critical external events, working pro-actively with Corporate Communications and PR teams to deliver the right messages through the correct channels
Manage our interface with external partners and our critical internal stakeholders for consistency across all communications and pro-actively maintain those relationships
Support programme delivery teams with the creation & maintenance of programme communication materials

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills
A creative thinker
Strong writing skills and an eye for detail
Exceptional team working and collaborative style
A proven track record of coordinating communications and engagement events and initiatives
Ability to make the complex simple: use great storytelling abilities to produce a variety of communications which are relevant and comprehendible for all levels of the company to meet key objectives
Confident to deliver messages to groups and influence at all levels
Excellent PowerPoint skills, able to create visually game changing programme materials
Internal communications
Some project/programme management experience

Desirable:

Understanding of Project Management methodology, both waterfall and agile
Experience of using JIRA and Confluence to manage tasks
