What would day to day duties involves?
Build strong and effective relationships with new business clients
Effectively follow the sales cycle
Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market for the hospitality sector
Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are of a high standard
Plan to meet the future recruitment needs of Hospitality clients
Search and identify marketable candidates
Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times.
Work in close conjunction with the other Recruitment Consultants to share best practice
Contribute to the development of KPI Recruiting.
Be adaptable to the needs of clients
Be able to work to deadlines and think out of the box to overcome any problems which may occur
Sets the standards for others to follow.
What would KPI Recruiting like to see in you?
A full driving license is required
Experience in recruitment and business development is essential
Always maintains a sense of humour!
