We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established & growing family-run SME based in Sidcup. This is a office based customer service role, where you will be responsible for providing customers with high level service, processing orders and developing customer relationships.

This is an ideal role for someone who has experience of working within customer service or sales administration in a consumables/product related environment that's looking for a role they can develop in!

Responsibilities

* Taking in-coming phone calls, with a customer first mentality.

* Providing customers with solutions to any issues.

* Processing orders on the ERP system, (from incoming calls, web orders, emails etc).

* Outbound calls to existing customers to follow up/confirm orders.

* Identifying potential sales/growth opportunities with current customers.

* General sales support administration tasks.

* Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met.

Requirements

* Proven customer service/sales administration experience.

* Experienced in using CRM/ERP systems

* Sales orientated mindset.

* Positive and willing mindset. solutions focussed.

* Great team player.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbally (telephone) and written (emails).

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

* Attention to detail.

Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (can be flexible if needed)
