Job Title: Deputy Manager
Setting: 3 bedded residential service for Children and Young People 8-18 with EBD (Emotional Behavioural Disorder) 
Location: Belvedere
Skills: Level 3 children Children in Residential Care or Level 5 Leadership and Management in Children's Services
Salary: £32,000+ per annum depending on experience (plus bonus structure for successful opening of home/Ofsted rating/capacity)

Our client already holds a huge presence in the children's residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in children with complex support needs such as emotional behaviours disorder and challenging behaviour. They currently have one home with a view to open a second in the next year or two. They are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager or experienced Senior Support Workers in the same field that are looking to step up.

Located in Belvedere
Deputy Manager to assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the residential home for children and young people supported with Emotional behavioural disorders (EBD)
You will have support from a Registered Manager and RI, as well and senior support workers and residential support workers

Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Children and Young People (Essential)
Previous experience at Children's Deputy Manager Level (Essential)
