Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker for a temporary to permanent position at a day centre located in Hammersmith. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing support to individuals with learning disabilities in a care setting. You must be able to swim, as some activities will require aquatic skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities at the day centre.
* Assist with daily activities and personal care.
* Participate in and supervise aquatic activities.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all service users.
* Work collaboratively with the care team and other professionals.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Support Worker.
* Ability to swim and supervise swimming activities.
* Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to providing excellent care.
* Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work.
