Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Number 1 Printer for a manufacturing company based in Dagenham.
Number 1 Printer Job Role:
* Ensuring correct job is on the machine
* To monitor and maintain quality of work produced.
* Make adjustments to maintain quality and output.
* To maintain optimum machine output speed.
* To keep the machine area in good order.
* To efficiently utilise any machine staff provided for you.
* To complete all documentation as required by ISO 9001.
* To pass on all relevant information to subsequent shifts.
* To report breakdowns or abnormalities immediately.
* To be fully conversant with all applicable Health & Safety procedures.
* To leave the machine in a safe and tidy condition.
* Give coaching and guidance where required.
* Ensure daily and monthly preventative maintenance is carried out and relative forms are completed.
Number 1 Printer Hours:
The shift pattern is as follows.
* 6pm – 6am
* Week 1 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (4 NIGHTS OFF)
* Week 2 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (7 NIGHTS OFF)
* Week 3 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (4 NIGHTS OFF)
* Week 4 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (1 NIGHT OFF)
Number 1 Printer Skills Required:
* Have the knowledge of a Heidelberg XL 106 10 colour perfecter.
* Colour critical work, using Badoni Colour matching.
* Able to work to a timely manner and as part of a team.
