Are you a grocery National Account Manager looking to move into a role that actively cheers on growth and entrepreneurship?  

The Advocate Group is currently representing a rapidly growing and exciting SME that’s creating waves and pushing boundaries in the F&B industry. Having already doubled in size since 2021, their expansion plans see no end in sight, with several exciting acquisitions still to come this year alone!

If you’re the successful candidate, you will join a stellar team with a top line manager, able to fully support and develop your potential and ultimate success.

Key Responsibilities:

Account managing multiple channels within the business across multiple brands
Manage high street customers
Agree promotional plans and drive volumes
Agree and drive new product listing and NPD
Develop strong relationship with buyers
Full end to end account management and P&L management
Delivering against key measurables set by the business

About you:

At least 3 years’ experience within a National / Key Accounts role across grocery and retail (Ocado, Amazon and Holland & Barrett)
Proven success within new business development within FMCG/ retail
Proven success within account management and a solutions-oriented mindset
Highly motivated, results-driven, and adept in P&L management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
