Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will operate on a business-to-business basis, you'll be responsible for growing a customer base in all different types sectors (the potential for new business is endless). You will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing advice on job advertising and recruitment solutions, and ensuring a profitable and enjoyable candidate investment journey for clients.

Compensation

Full-time position with a salary of up to £32,000
Uncapped commission up to 20%
OTE - £70,000
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and you'll get an extra 2 'duvet days' after the first year

Identify and generate potential new leads
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve targets
Construct and brand job advertisements for clients
Attend meetings virtually to demonstrate how our product works and secure new business
Producing proposals and converting to deals
Provide weekly forecasts to and keeping an active, organised pipeline
Being a supportive and productive member of the teamRequirements

Two years sales experience
Experience closing deals
Experience conducting meetings with clients
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management and organisation skills
Experience managing client relationships and understanding client needs
Sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
