Senior Communications Manager- Beauty

My client in a market leader in the beauty industry, you will get the opportunity to work with brands such as Fenty, Flannels Beauty, Loreal etc

Managing the existing team - coaching and mentoring the team to ensure growth and high standards
Lead client meetings through the process making sure they have status updates, proposals and plans.
Work with the client to have a deep understanding of their business.
Ensure client problems are dealt with quickly and to high standards#
Identifying opportunities for organic growth
Take a leading role in brainstorming across the teamRequirements:
Minimum 4 years of commercial experience
Experience working within the beauty/ hair/ skincare experience - ESSENTIAL
Management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong pitching skills
Strong understanding of social media landscapes
Role: Senior Communications Manager
Salary: £45K
Location: Central London- 2 days a week onsite
