Fawkes & Reece have teamed up with a medium sized main contractor who are growing at a very healthy rate and looking to bring on a new Project manager.
This is a really great opportunity for someone with 3-5 years experience in the construction industry who has possibly been a assistant project manager but feels ready to step up or someone who wants to lead their own small project as a Project Manager.
This is a main contractor who have excellent client relationships which has enabled them to keep a steady pipeline of work across commercial and industrial fit out and refurbishment sectors. They are looking to bring on an all-rounder project manager who can see a project from start to finish and have full autonomy on projects from 100k to £5million. These projects vary from commercial/industrial and retail and will be fairly straight forward but this Project Manager will be looking after the day to day running of the project as well as being the main point of contact for the client and the health and safety. You will report into the Contract manager who will offer support with design/commercial.
The ideal Project manager will be someone who can lead from the front, be able to think on their feet, have very high standards and be an excellent communicator.
