Take responsibility in running a team
Liaise with clients / contractors
Work independently as well as in a team at times
Attend Site Visits
Work on a range of large-scale projects within Commercial, Industrial and Residential sectors
Develop project briefs
Work from inception to completion
Produce high quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
Meet with professionals / clients to agree a project brief
Run single large or multiple small projects on a day to day basis and organise, direct and monitor the project team
Demonstrate a passion and or desire to excel and to bring that enthusiasm into the office environment
Guide and mentor team membersSenior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
Living within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes
Proficiency with either Revit or AutoCAD
Experienced Project runner
Able to manage a team
Commercial or Industrial experience
Strong design, presentational and report writing skills
Ability to work well in a team
Good client facing skills
