I am currently in need of a Site Manager to join a live hospital refurbishment project in Milton Keynes. The project is a refurbishment of an existing ward within a hospital with works including new M&E, Decorating, Partitions and Toilet facilities.
The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.
Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
