Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Customer Sales Support Executive on behalf of client based in Luton, Beds.
Working as part of a lively Customer Service Team, you will be providing customer service and sales support to internal and external customers.
Duties to include:
Cold/warm calling existing customers, arranging meetings for the business development manager, and follow call after meetings
Quote chasing support
Dealing with daily requests regarding quote calls, queries and general customer service advisory calls
Creating specific quotations using CRM system SAP
Achievement of custoner service KPI's
Keeping up to date with all product knowledge
All other related tasks as required

Possess excellent customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good level of IT literacy
A 'can-do' attitude
Ambitious, self confident and keen to progress
Monday to Friday role 8.30 am to 5 pm
Salary: £23.900 pa rising to £25,500 pa after successful 6 month probation + excellent benefits package
