We are looking for an Internal Sales Person to join our Taunton branch (TA2):

Contracted to 42.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 17:00

As an Internal Sales Person, you will provide excellent customer service to our key customers over the phone, face to face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty.
 
You’ll manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts. Our Internal Sales Persons will be the first point of call for key accounts clients. You will need to understand individual client requirements, build rapport & grow your client portfolio.
 
We are looking for sales minded people, who enjoy talking to clients, love to use probing questions to understand the full picture, and are organised to ensure weekly/monthly & bi/monthly touch points are scheduled in.
 
You will also support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter, supporting with customer deliveries in our van, and picking and packing products in our warehouse to ensure customers’ orders are completed on time.
 
Internal Sales Person – Experience & Attributes:

Must hold a Valid In-date Full UK Drivers Licence
Must be over 21 with no more than 3 points on licence
Experience of working in a highly competitive or Target driven customer focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality) is advantageous
Electrical Product Knowledge is advantageous
A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
An ability to recognise sales opportunities
