Working Shift patterns
Early: 7am – 2:30pm
Late: 2:30pm – 10pm
Long day: 7am – 10pm
Balfor Health and Social care are seeking out Support workers in and around the Stroud area that have experience working with adults with the following needs.
* Challenging behaviour
* Mental health
You will be required to work, within Residential homes, supported living accommodation, Hostels, Day Centres and rehabilitation units.

Requirements
* A minimum 6-month experience as a support worker within the last 2 years.
* Experience in Mental Health with experience with self-harm.
* Mandatory Training
* Competent within all aspects of care.
* Flexible and Reliable.
* Passionate about patient care.
* Must be a driver.
