Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: Oxford
Duration: 2 Years + (Starting May 2024)

Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our project in Oxford. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, with a focus on structures and heavy civils. From planning and budgeting to procurement and on-site coordination, you will ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities of Project Manager:
* Lead and manage the project team, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Oversee procurement activities, including subcontractor selection and negotiation.
* Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally in structures and heavy civils.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
