We have an amazing opportunity for a Case manager working for a lead training provider. You will be asked to provide the delivery and assessment of personal development and employability skills, supporting disengaged learners to build their Employment and Training Portfolios, and helping customers to overcome barriers to enable them to have confidence in finding employment.

Locations: Oxfordshire

your requirements are:

* Experience in providing excellent customer service IAG/Coaching

* Ability to work with and manage challenging behaviour

* Have a history of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

* Demonstrate the ability to work towards awarding body standards

* Good conflict resolution skills

* Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience working with databases

You will Receive
