About the Sales Administrator Role:
* Temporary position for 3-6 month period to start 15th April 2024
* Monday to Friday - no weekends
* 30-35 hours per week (can be flexible with working hours, including school hours)
* Based in Cheney Manor, Swindon
* £12.85 per hour
* Weekly pay
Duties for the Sales Administrator role will include:
* Receive and process sales orders accurately onto Excel based CRM system
* Processing of invoices using SAGE Accountancy Software
* Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
* Data entry / transferring of data
Key Skills / Attributes required for the Sales Administrator role:
* Experience of using SAGE Accountancy Software
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
