About You:

Maintaining process quality and reliability is critical to our products, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical and observational skills, with the ability to follow complex operating procedures with an exceptional attention to detail.

You will possess the ability to manage tight deadlines, multiple tasks, assignment changes, periodic heavy workload, rapidly changing technology, and dynamic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Operations: Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery used in the production of cartridges. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to achieve consistent and high-quality results.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks throughout manufacturing to verify that cartridges and instruments meet defined quality specifications. Address any deviations or non-conformances promptly and work closely with the project engineering team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) and Engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes. Suggest and implement improvements to enhance product quality, increase production efficiency, and reduce manufacturing costs.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed production logs, documentation, and records. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies throughout the manufacturing process.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operations and prevent delays in the production schedule.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products for cartridges and instruments. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure sufficient stock levels for uninterrupted production.Skills & Experience:

Essential:

Relevant industrial experience working hands-on in a high-volume manufacturing environment in quality-focused field.
Ability to work in a safe manner with experience following Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
Ability to demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Desirable:

Familiarity with a range of device assembly manufacturing techniques with particular attention to mechanical assembly, plastic moulding, and multilayer laminates.
Experience with the 5S methodology and aiding continuous improvement programs.
Proven experience as a Process Technician in medical diagnostics or related industries, specifically in cartridge and instrument manufacturing.
Strong understanding of quality control processes and adherence to regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, ISO, etc.).
