The Front of House receptionist is essential for maintaining a secure, hospitable environment, requiring a tactful, polite demeanor at all times. Your daily tasks will involve managing access control, monitoring security systems like CCTV, coordinating with emergency services, and responding to alarms. Front-of-house responsibilities will include managing enquiries, overseeing mail operations, and promoting and selling merchandise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high standard of personal presentation, and the ability to handle both routine and emergency situations with confidence. Experience in hospitality or customer service and proficiency in office procedures and booking systems are crucial.

This position offers flexible working hours covering shifts from 7am to 10pm on a rotating basis, including a mix of early and late shifts, any 5 days out of 7 (not limited to Monday – Friday). This schedule provides the opportunity to work dynamically within a vibrant environment.
