A Propositions Manager opportunity at a leading financial services organisation that operates a charitable scheme supporting over 700,000 people across the UK. You'll have The opportunity to develop and launch products that meet real customer needs.

Their business model and marketing strategy revolve heavily around electric vehicles and zero-emission initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Develop innovative propositions based on customer insights and market trends that align with the organisation's strategic objectives and values.
* Manage the full product lifecycle, from conception to retirement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally to bring new products and services to market and develop effective promotional strategies.
* Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.
Skills Needed:
* Preferably, 5+ years marketing experience developing B2C customer propositions
* Ideally, experience in a large B2C organisation or working with one via agency
* Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
