We are working with a growing organisation in the Staffordshire area who are recruiting a Compliance and Safety Manager to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices across our clients properties and housing schemes. This role will be crucial in maintaining effective health and safety processes, ensuring the well-being of their residents and staff.
This role would suit someone with a strong background in compliance and safety management, particularly within social housing or similar sectors such as NHS/ Construction or Local authority. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities and a thorough understanding of statutory health and safety compliance.
Day to day the role will involve: -
- Leading and manage a team to ensure regulatory and legal compliance standards are met
- Oversee Compliance and Safety targets, ensuring service level agreements are achieved
- Maintain a robust health and safety performance management system
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and best practices
- Contribute to effective out-of-hours response services

Skills and Experience Required: -
* Experience in Health & Safety / Compliance
* To ideally have led and managed compliance and health and safety in a social housing / similar setting.
