Key Responsibilities:

Manage all operational activities, including customer service and warehouse functions.

Strategise process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and cost control.

Work with the Senior Branch Manager to manage budgets and maintain effective cost control.

Ensure up-to-date knowledge and compliance with H&S regulations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, anticipating their needs and adjusting service levels accordingly.

Foster a collaborative and communicative work environment to enhance team performance.

Monitor and improve operational performance and effectiveness.

Provide direction, feedback, and resources to team members, recognising excellence and addressing areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education: College/University level.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar or equivalent position.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.

Exceptional communication skills and strong customer focus.

Ability to analyse complex data and reporting methods.

Proven leadership capabilities.
