Dynamite recruitment is working with a specialist business who are based in Portsmouth.
Due to exciting plans for 2024, we are looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Officer to join their business.
As a Debt Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for:
Receive and make outbound calls.
Respond professionally via email.
Support with the training of new staff members.
Input payments onto the system.
Chase outstanding payments.
Investigate cases and send out relevant correspondence.
Explain payment plan options to customers, ensuring they are well informed.
Maintain logs of reoccurring debt.
Investigate false claims. As a Debt Recovery Officer, you will have/be:
Administrative experience
Knowledge of using all Microsoft packages including Excel
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Outstanding attention to detail and show initiative.
The ability to work to processes and deadlines.
