We have a fantastic opportunity to join an established main contractor based in Portsmouth. The business is privately owned and undertakes projects across the commercial, residential, healthcare and local authority sectors administered typically via JCT forms of contract.
The business is now looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor to join the team and manage projects from estimator handover to completion across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey ranging in value £15mil. As Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting into the Commercial Manager on the financial progress of projects, working collaboratively with site teams.
In return, you'll receive a salary of up to £50k + Package and the opportunity to join a growing business in a strong financial position.
