We have a fantastic freelance opportunity for a Resource Controller to join a prestigious Tier 1 main contractor in Hampshire. Our client is one of the country's top main contractors. You will be part of a team who will be responsible for reactive maintenance to both public and private jobs across the south coast.
Utilising your previous experience in an administrative position within the costruction sector, you will be responsible for liaising with contractors, engineers and residents in management of external works.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitor engineers and work force to meet requirements and expectations in a timely fashion.
Manage resources and diaries, ensuring timescales are met and achieved.
Provide solutions for incidents and issues relating to projects being delayed and the correct resources being deployed.
Plan and schedule workforce diaries.
Constantly work towards improving processes. To be considered for this role you will need to possess a valid DBS check.
