The Role: We are seeking a skilled Structured Cabling Engineer with comprehensive experience in Structured Cabling Infrastructure projects of all sizes. The role involves travel throughout the UK and includes:
Installing 5e/6/6a cabling infrastructure in commercial/construction environments
Experience with Fibre Optic infrastructure is advantageous
Competence in installing containment systems
Ability to follow project specification documents and drawings
Understanding and adherence to Health and Safety Policies
Scheduling material procurement
Ensuring project milestones are met
The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in the installation, termination, and testing of MM and SM Fibre Optic cabling systems
Experience with AV Systems
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Education & Qualifications:
A-C grade GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths/Science and English
Full UK driving licence
CSCS or ECS Card
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
