Source Solutions are proud to be recruiting or an experienced Mould Machine Setter on behalf of a highly successful but continually and rapidly growing global manufacturer within the electronics space, who operate cutting edge technology within a fascinating environment and a culture of continuous improvement, in order to deliver a supreme service to their high-profile clients across numerous exciting sectors.
The Mould Machine Setter will be responsible for supporting moulding manufacturing operations, undertaking key tasks in order to achieve production targets and meet business objectives – you will:
* Set moulding equipment with new and serviced mould tools – in a fast-paced environment
* Document test results – Using our in house SPC system to record data.
* Quality check – while working within company workmanship standards
* Conduct First off & Last off product inspection
* Work as a team to complete any maintenance required within the shop to keep it running smoothly and efficiently
Candidate requirements:
* Have previously operated in a Mould Shop with setting experience
* Be comfortable working in a fast-pace environment
* Possess excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination
* Ideally possess a Level 3 engineering NVQ – or alternatively possess many years’ hands-on experience
