You will be supporting a variety of trades and will also be put through fire sentry training to be able to support Welders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and assistance to tradesmen working on shiprepair projects
Perform general labouring tasks
Collection and delivery of materials, etc on and off site
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Job Requirements
Must have a valid driving licence to be able to drive the company van on and off site
Must be eligible for security clearance as BPSS is required for the role
Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
Be physically fit
Motivated, reliable and hardworkingHours - 40 per week as standard, but you can expect to work overtime and could work around 50 per week.
Rate - £11.44/h PAYE plus £1.38/h holiday pay or £15.05/h Umbrella co
There is a weekend uplift if OT is worked Sat/Sun.
