What will the HR Advisor role involve?
Escalate high risk/high profile cases to the relevant manager whilst working with operations colleagues to ensure appropriate resource is made available to manage these cases
Assist, review and amend employment policies in line with changes to employment legislation and ACAS codes of practice
Provide pragmatic and timely advice on a wide range of cases including disciplinary, grievance, appeal and investigation meetings and ensure they are completed within a timely manner
Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:
CIPD Qualified or studying
Excellent proven experience as a HR Generalist
Experience of Employee Relations is essential due to level of case work
Highly organised approach to your work and hold a strong level of attention to detail
Resilient and comfortable managing high volume, complex workloads in a fast paced environment
