Recruitment Resourcer - Portsmouth
Salary £25k to £27k DOE, plus bonus.

We are looking for a Resourcer to help recruit temporary and permanent staff for Portsmouth, Southampton and surrounding areas.
The Role.
· Putting up adverts to attract candidates for job vacancies that need filling.
· Pre-Screen any CV that come in, asking the right questions.
· Inviting candidates to register via the on-line system.
· Register candidates.
· Do compliance checks and referencing.
What we are looking for.
· Must have an excellent telephone manner.
· Be numerate and literate.
· Have an excellent attention to details.
· Willing to learn the recruitment business.
