Permanent carpenters needed
My client are a renown Housing Association that are in partnership with a number of councils, they are currently looking to expand their ever-growing team and we are on the hunt for experienced tradesmen to offer support to the local community.

Responsibilities for the Carpenter role:
Conducting reactive maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Working alongside some other tradesmen within the properties
Requirements for the Carpenter role:
Maintenance Carpentry experience.
Good communication and customer service skills.
NVQ Certification or City & Guilds in Carpentry preferred
Experience working in social housing and maintenance
Valid driver's licence.
Position: Carpenter
Location: Staines/Oxford and inbetween
Salary: Up to £40k
