Caledonian Construction are recruiting for an Electrical Improver / Ventilation Engineer Covering the Reading Area
* Salary: £35k + Bonus Scheme [up to £9k extra per year]
* Bonus Scheme - Paid Monthly
* Additional Package: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Laptop, Training
About the role:
This role will see the successful Electrical Improver carry out works, specific to the prevention and cure of damp and mould within a Social Housing environment.
The successful Electrical Improver will travel from Property to Property as a sole worker Installing Extractor fans, Core Drilling, Installing Powered Ventilation systems with the appropriate Ductwork, and Mould Washing.
Although this role is not 100% electrical, it is important the successful Electrical Improver has an Electrical Background and the below listed qualifications to carry out the electrical work required.
The geographical area covered by the successful Electrical Improver Reading and the surrounding towns
This role is suitable for an Electrical Improver who has
* 18th Edition, ECS Card
* Level 2 or above
* Domestic Installer & Part P

* Electrical Installation Work - 20%
* Mould Washing 20%
* Ductwork and Ventilation Installation 20%
* Core Drilling 20%
* Extractor Fan Installation and Maintenance 20%
