Quantity Surveyor
My client is an award-winning designer and manufacturing enterprise that has had a strong 30-year presence in the construction industry. Requirements:
A degree in quantity surveying or a relevant construction discipline
A minimum of 5 years' experience within the construction sector and a thorough understanding of contract law#
Accrediations either RICS OR CIOB
Excellent attention to detail and proven time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driving licenceDuties/Responsibilities:
Analyse and evaluate project specifications and financial costs thoroughly
Ensure regulatory compliance for the lifecycle of projects
Prepare final reports and costing plans
Undertake land estimations with estimator and commercial teams
