We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highly reputable main contractor based in Reading. The business is well established, working across sectors including education, commercial, industrial and research and development, with projects valuing up to circa £70mil. They have won a place on various national frameworks and projects are administered via a mix of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
Due to a recent succession of project wins, they're now looking to bring an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor to run schemes in the region. Projects are predominantly within an hours radius of Reading.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial success of the projects, reporting into an overseeing Commercial Manager and working closely with more junior members of the commercial team.
In return, they're offering a salary of up to £75k + Package and the chance to work on exciting and complex projects in the region. There is also plenty of scope for progression throughout the business.
