Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Reports To: Managing Quantity Surveyor
Project/Office Location: Reading
A new opportunity to work on a school project in Reading with our tier 1 client. Responsible for all financial aspects of the project working closely with the Project Team to control all commercial contractual matters. Deliver desired margin return utilising high standards of commercial acumen.
Must be a passionate SQS, able to travel to site and to the regional office in Reading 5 days a week with the ability to build and manage relationships with clients/consultants and suppliers which will raise profile of the division and lead to new opportunities. If you have strong communication and management skills with background on working on school projects I would love to hear from you.
