I am currently working on behalf of an award winning Main Contractor who specialise in Cat A and Cat B Commercial Office Fit Out projects in the M4 Corridor into London who are searching for a Technical services Manage or an Experienced Technical Services Manager managing M&E packages downstream with M&E Contractors on Healthcare, Commercial Office and Resi Projects.
If you have relevant experience working on Fit out projects in the UK managing Mechanical packages and have a strong understanding of both M&E Packages and would be interested in discussing this role further, please contact me on the information attached
Duties will include:
* Sub Contractor liaison
* Monitoring program
* Monitoring sign offs
* Monitoring Commissions schedule
* Monitoring Snagging and defects
Basic salary circa £80-95k + Bens depending on experience
