With their growth plans, they are now looking for a Sales Lead to join their team on a remote basis in the UK to focus in the Public Sector.

We're ideally looking to speak with Sales professionals from either an IT Professional Services, IT Managed Services, or SaaS industry background in the Public Sector.

If you have any experience selling Microsoft-based solutions, that's a plus, but our client can bring you up to speed if needed!

You will be responsible for selling into existing accounts (20%) and targeting new logos (80%) within the UK.
You will drive account development & revenue growth leading to customer satisfaction and on-going customer loyalty through continuous improvement and focused innovation initiatives.
You will build and foster strategic relationships and will be at the forefront of our customers' digital transformation journeys, working jointly with these customers to merge business vision with solution roadmaps to enable successful transformation.
nalyse customer needs in terms of current business challenges, identifying projects and scoping potential solutions
Participate in new opportunity development through the collection of market information
Prepare proposals, respond to inquiries and support the selling process for other members of the sales team
Drive lead identification qualification, opportunity development and tracking
Participate in all sales/marketing functions as it relates to company business
Supporting current clients as needed
Successfully execute across all disciplines of sales management, including Account/Opportunity/Relationship planning and sales methodology execution
Partner with Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success and Marketing management to identify and close software and services solutions in your accounts
Proactively identify and address issues that will increase growth velocity in your assigned Sectors
Effectively predict and deliver sales results through accurate sales forecasting
Actively use company's systems to manage business, including Dynamics365 Sales & Office365Key Skills

Must be energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently to exceed assigned goals
Have a track record and solid commercial experience in a similar capacity in wither the
Public Sectors experience
Possesses C-level contacts and relationships
Have a good knowledge and strong evidence of successful sales of SaaS/ Professional/Managed Services propositions
Have a good understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Portfolio, would be beneficial
Ability to learn and understand product solutions and features
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to engage/sustain C-Level audiences and construct effective propositions/proposals and respond effectively to tenders
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, work cross-functionally within the organisation, and thrive in a collaborative environment
Demonstrated ability to execute sales methodologies (e.g., The Challenger Sale)
Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company where change is a constant
