Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for a passionate and collaborate Lead Outpatient Nurse to join an award-winning, state-of-the-art hospital based in Berkshire. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week across Monday – Friday, no weekends, no bank holidays & no nights. You will also receive a generous salary of £46,000 p/a plus excellent benefits.

This luxurious hospital boasts 3 laminar flow theatres, c50 beds, physiotherapy suite, outpatients’ department, onsite pharmacy, and full diagnostics suite. They are busy and offer a wide range of surgical services including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, General Surgery, ENT and Ophthalmology. They are extremely proud to have a Good CQC rating.

As the Outpatient Lead Nurse you can expect to:

Provide high quality, evidence-based nursing, supporting with the day-to-day management of the Outpatients department.
Work with both the nursing and the wider clinical team to provide highly visible and supportive leadership to the Outpatients team, working with them to ensure high levels of customer service.
Be always looking at ways to further grow the outpatient services and enhance patient care.To apply for this role, you'll need to be an experienced Outpatient Lead/Sister/Charge Nurse or Senior Outpatients Nurse looking to take on a new challenge. You will also be:

Be a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC Registration.
Post registration experience working within an outpatient setting.
