Recruitment Administrator
This role is an interesting and varied role, assisting in a volume recruitment campaign.
Pertemps Managed Solutions, based on the Basingstoke Road in Reading are looking for a number of temporary workers to work Monday to Friday on one of our recruitment campaigns.
Parking is available and the office is easily accessible from Central Reading by bus.
This role will be office based and full training will be given.
We are looking for an immediate start and the role is likely to be for 3-6 months.

Job Role
This role as a Recruitment Administrator will be working in a team and the main duties will include:
Shortlisting relevant applications
Screening candidates over the phone
Booking and organising interview and assessment days
Processing any documents to support applications
Use of an application tracking system
 
FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN
 
Required Skills and Experience

Excellent communication skills
Confident and articulate – must be good on the phone
Ability to be empathetic and build relationships
Able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a professional and positive attitude
A high level of accuracy and numeracy skills
Flexibility to sometimes work Saturdays or later evenings.
