Production Technician
Location: Aldershot
Salary: £13p/h - £16p/h Negotiable

Job Profile
Joining a collaborative team as a Production Technician, you'll contribute to the production of high-precision components for clients within the aerospace and automotive sectors.
Duties:
* Conduct setup and execute lapping operations on precision parts.
* Provide support across various areas including lapping, polishing, deburring, and component cleaning.
* Perform thorough component cleaning prior to inspection.
* Ensure machines are operated in accordance with guidelines.
* Conduct in-process inspections to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work environment.
* Report to Unit Manager promptly regarding any issues or delays.
* Adhere to company's quality management system and health & safety protocols.
Skills & Attributes:
* Experience in engineering or related field preferred.
* Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment.
* Adaptability and quick learning abilities.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Hours of Work:
* 40 hours per week
* Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:45, Friday: 06:00 – 13:00
* Overtime paid at time-and-a-half rate for approved additional hours
