Account Manager (Plant Hire Experience Only!)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the plant hire industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the construction and machinery rental market.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or equipment to clients.
Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues proactively.
Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plant hire industry, including targeting potential clients and developing strategies to win new accounts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
Contract Management:

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
Monitor contract performance, manage renewals, and address any contract-related issues in a timely manner.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends for management review.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Customer Service Excellence:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
