We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable social housing company specializing in planned and reactive maintenance services. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team working across Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
Undertake a variety of tasks related to planned and reactive maintenance in social housing properties.
Perform guttering repairs, decorating, and other general maintenance work.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to safety protocols.Requirements:
Previous experience in social housing or council work is highly desirable.
Proficiency in guttering repairs, decorating, and other relevant trades.
CSCS card and own tools required.
Driving license required as will need to travel across Hampshire
Reliable, diplomatic, and proactive work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
