All Applicants must have the following:
Previous experience as a building maintenance supervisor
Time served experience of planned and reactive maintenance and repair
Basic HVAC knowledge
A Full UK Driving licence

Main Duties:
Leading a team of four Hard Services FM maintenance staff
Carrying out hands on maintenance and repair work
Ensuring health and safety is maintained at all times
