We have a fantastic opportunity for a 12 months FTC part time Car Parking Coordinator join our team based Southampton.

Hours of Work 32.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday - 9am-15.30pm
Pay £21,769.40 pro-rataAbout the role:

The post holder will work with the Facilities Management Team to ensure that parking within the hospital grounds runs smoothly & efficiently for both patients and staff in accordance with policy & procedures.

To be considered for this role you will have:

Create new permit numbers/Amend information regarding staff permits using the 'Permit holders Database'

Processing new permit applications and allocating car parks

Add and amend information to the Trusts Spread Sheets and White List

Empty POF machines, count money and prepare for G4S to collect fortnightly

Complete 'Cash Income Record' and 'Local Banking Sheet'

Process backing sheets for the quarterly invoicing

Liaising with Trusts Parking Coordinators

Liaising with Estates/Contractors relating to works in the car parks and the site in general, liaising with car park provider.
