Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable young people? A lovely, renowned school based in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor to play a vital role in supporting their pupils on their educational journey.

About the Role:

As a Learning Mentor, you will provide individualised support, guidance, and encouragement to our pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

Your role will involve:

Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers
Creating and implementing tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of each pupil
Demonstrating empathy, patience, and resilience in supporting pupils through challenges

Genuine passion for working with disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable young people
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students
Empathy, patience, and resilience in supporting students through their educational journey

Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
