Are you a passionate educator ready to make a real difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs? GSL is excited to offer an extraordinary opportunity for a Qualified SEN Teacher who possesses a deep understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) here in Southampton.

Your Role as a SEN Teacher:

Personalized Education: Tailor your teaching to meet the unique needs of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, Dyslexia, and more.

Empower and Inspire: Create a supportive and engaging learning environment, helping your students thrive academically and emotionally.

Teaching Requirements:

Experienced teaching up to GCSE level (English or Maths preferable but not essential)
Flexibility, creativity, and adaptability to thrive in our busy school environment
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to our pupils' diverse needs
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of current research in education
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Passion for building strong relationships with staff and pupils
Strong IT skills and ability to lead others proactively

Have the right to work in the UK.
Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
